Fiji Diving

My favorites were Natewa Bay and the area straight out from Taveuni Island Resort.

Would be interesting to hear your learning about the culture if there's time and you have the desire/energy to write (as opposed to just diving). I'm certain you're not going to be doing a lot of diving early on. I know they put you through kind of a bootcamp to learn language, customs, etc. I remember that from living in Fiji back in the 80s. Anything you could share with us would be appreciated. Vinaka

I may not have much time for from 4 to 6 months while I settle in, learn the language and customs, and get into my project(s). I will be more than happy to keep you up on things in Fiji from my perspective, but also do not know how much time I will have for diving. Take care.

Once I have finished training and settled into my assignment I will be interested in doing some scuba diving. I have a Master Diver cert from PADI. I hope to get to know and dive with some of you while I am in Fiji. Take care, Dennis
