OW course with 20 dolphins sitting in at Scuba Bula

Scuba Bula also reports their students diving with a pod of 20 spinner dolphins on dive 1 during an open water course earlier this week. Sure beats doing your OW in a cold lake or quarry!

Scott's right ~ it's for goods only. Fiji had "duty free" shops many, many years ago and the intention is to move back in that direction for high-ticket items. Fiji's black pearls, for example.....
